			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cred ca cele mai mari batai de cap, la capitolul bucatareala, le am cu micul dejun si cina. Incerc sa evit, cat mai mult posibil, mezelurile si de aceea, caut sa pregatesc diverse aperitive, in casa.</p>
<p>De aceasta data, va ofer o reteta de oua umplute si pentru asta aveti nevoie de:</p>
<p>- oua fierte; mustar; ceapa si usturoi verde; masline</p>
<p>- taiem ouale, in doua, pe lungime si scoatem galbenusul</p>
<p>- frecam galbenusurile cu putin mustar</p>
<p>- adaugam la pasta obtinuta, ceapa, usturoi verde si masline (de la care scoatem samburii) taiate maruntel</p>
<p>- adaugam sare si piper proaspat macinat, dupa gust</p>
<p>- cu aceasta pasta umplem jumatatile de ou</p>
<p>- decoram si dam putin la rece</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>De foarte multa vreme, doream sa fac spaghete carbonarra. Acum, le-a venit timpul.</p>
<p>Daca vreti si voi sa pregatiti aceasta reteta, iata ce va trebuie:</p>
<p>- 350 g spaghete, 25 g unt, 1 lingura ulei, ceapa si usturoi verde tocate marunt (doar partea alba); 225 g bacon taiat marunt; 3 oua batute; 6 linguri smantana pentru gatit; parmezan ras fin; eu am mai pus si putina branza telemea veche, rasa foarte fin.</p>
<ul>
<li>fierbem pastele al dente</li>
<li>incingem untul si uleiul, pana cand se topeste untul; adaugam ceapa si usturoiul si le calim 2-3 minute</li>
<li>adaugam bacon si calim timp 5-6 minute; luam tigaia si dam deoparte</li>
<li>amestecam intr-un castron ouale, smantana, branza si putin parmezan</li>
<li>strecuram pastele si le punem intr-o tigaie; adaugam sunca si amestecam; adaugam amestecul de oua, amestecam si punem tigaia pe foc, amestecand continuu, pana se leaga sosul</li>
<li>adaugam parmezanul ramas si servim</li>
</ul>

<p>- adaugam sare si piper, dupa gust</p>
<p>- ungem o tava cu unt, turnam in tava omleta si dam la cuptor pana ce aceasta se incheaga, capata o culoare frumoasa rumen aurie.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pe langa obisnuitul cozonac de Paste, ca desert, am hotarat sa pregatesc ceva mai usor si am optat pentru aceasta prjitura cu biscuiti si cu o crema delicioasa, de lamaie.</p>
<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>- 40-45 biscuiti; 750 ml frisca lichida; 10 linguri zahar; 2 pliculete zahar vanilinat; zeama si coaja de la o lamaie; 1 lingura cu varf de amidon; 50 ml lapte; 80 g unt.</p>
<p>Crema o pregatim astfel:</p>
<p>- spalam bine lamaia, radem coaja si extragem sucul</p>
<p>- intr-un vas, punem frisca lichida, zaharul vanilinat si zaharul tos; punem la foc potrivit, amestecand din cand in cand; tinem pe foc pana ce da in clocot</p>
<p>- luam vasul de pe foc si adaugam zeama de lamaie, amestecand energic</p>
<p>- desfacem amidonul in laptele caldut si incorporam in crema</p>
<p>- dam vasul din nou pe foc si continuam fierberea, amestecand continuu, pana ce compozitia se ingroasa bine</p>
<p>- lasam un pic sa se raceasca si incorporam untul, apoi coaja de lamaie</p>
<p>Punem un strat de biscuiti in tava , apoi unul de crema, unul de biscuiti, unul de crema, unul de biscuiti si din nou unul de crema.</p>
<p>Dam prajitura la rece cateva ore (o noapte intreaga). Radem deasupra putina ciocolata, o taiem si o servim.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>De Paste, pentru ca nu mancam miel, am decis sa pregatesc in loc de friptura, o rulada din piept de curcan cu ciuperci, ardei copt, ceapa si usturoi verde.</p>
<p>Ne trebuiesc urmatoarele:</p>
<p>- o bucata piept de curcan &#8211; o latim bine, batand-o cu ciocanul de snitele</p>
<p>- cateva ciuperci din conserva; cateva fasii de ardei copt, taiate bucati; ceapa si usturoi verde</p>
<p>Asezam bucata de carne (gata batuta) pe o foaie de copt. Ungem carnea cu sos de rodii (optional) o presaram cu sare si piper. Asezam cupercile, ardeiul copt, ceapa si ustroiul verde taiate rondele. Rulam cat mai strans, ungem cu foarte putin ulei, imapchetam rulada in hartia de copt, asezam in tava si dam la cuptor.</p>
<p>Aproximativ dupa o ora, indepartam hartia si mai lasam rulada la copt 20 minute, stropind-o cu sosul din tava, pana se va rumeni frumos.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Anul acesta, de Paste, am incercat o alta reteta de cozonac. Am facut doi cozonaci, unul cu nuca, la cererea sotului si unul cu rahat, la dorinta copilului.</p>
<p>La aluat a muncit robotul Kitchen Aid, ca de&#8230;.are mai multa forta decat mine <img src='http://www.florideportocal.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
<p>Aluatul a crescut foarte mult si foarte frumos, semn ca fost bine framantat.</p>
<p>Cum spuneam am facut 2 cozonaci, din urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>- 4 0ua; 20 g drojdie uscata; 200 g zahar (in aceasta cantitate se regasesc si 4 pliculete zahar vanilinat Bourbon); 400 ml lapte; 1100 g faina; 120 g unt; 1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>- pentru umplutura: 250 g nuca data prin masina; rahat taiat cubulete; coaja confiata, de portocala; esenta rom.</p>
<p>Procedam astfel:</p>
<p>- amestecam drojdia cu 2 linguri de zahar, putin lapte si putina faina, omogenizam si lasam sa dospeasca (pana face basicute, la suprafata)</p>
<p>- eu, am pus faina in bolul mixer-ului, facem o gaura la mijloc, adaugam maiaua, ouale, untul, zaharul, sarea  si laptele si amestecam si framantam, pana obtinem un aluat elastic</p>
<p>- lasam la dospit, la loc cald si ferit de curent, circa o ora</p>
<p>- pregatim umplutura de nuca: amestecam nuca macinata cu 100 ml lapte fierbinte, un pliculet zahar vanilinat si esenta rom</p>
<p>- dupa ce aluatul a crescut, il impartim in doua</p>
<p>- ungem suprafata de lucru cu ulei</p>
<p>- intindem o bucata aluat, intr-o foaie dreptunghiulara, presaram cu rahat si portocala confiata, impachetam si framantam putin, taiem in doua si formam 2 suluri</p>
<p>- impletim cele doua suluri si asezam cozonacul in tava tapetata cu unt si faina sau hartie de copt</p>
<p>- luam cea de-a doua bucata de aluat, o impartim in doua, intindem doua foi dreptunghiulare, intindem pe fiecare foaie compozitie de nuca, rulam fiecare foaie pe latura lunga, apoi impletim cele doua bucati</p>
<p>- asezam si acest cozonac intr-o alta tava</p>
<p>- lasam la dospit 30 de minute</p>
<p>- ungem cu galbenus de ou desfacut cu putin lapte si dam la cuptor</p>
<p>- cozonacii sunt gata cand sunt frumos rumeniti si crescuti, iar daca infigeti un bat de frigaruie (de lemn) in mijloc, aceasta trebuie sa iasa curata.</p>
<p>- se lasa sa se raceasca bine, inainte de a fi taiati</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Anul acesta, de Paste am pregatit drob din maruntaie de curcan, adica ficat si pipote, cu multa, multa verdeata de sezon.</p>
<p>Am folosit:</p>
<p>- 700 g ficat de curcan; 700 g pipote curcan; 4 legaturi ceapa verde;  4 legaturi usturoi verde; marar si patrunjel; sare si piper; 4 oua; o lingura smantana; o cescuta ulei; sos ramas de la ficatei cam 150 ml.</p>
<p>Preparare:</p>
<p>- spalam ficatul si il innabusim in putin ulei si un pahar cu apa</p>
<p>- spalam pipotele si le fierbem in apa cu sare; dupa ce au fiert indepartam pe cat putem partea zgarcioasa</p>
<p>- tocam marunt tot ce inseamna verdeata (ceapa, usturoi, marar si patrunjel)</p>
<p>- dam prin masina de tocat, folosind o sita cu gauri mari (sau tocam marunt, din cutit) ficatul si pipotele</p>
<p>- amestecam toate ingredientele (ficat, pipote, verdeata, ouale batute, smantana, sosul de la ficatei, ulei, sare si piper)</p>
<p>- asezam compozitia in tava/tavi (eu am folosit 2 tavi de chec)</p>
<p>- dam la cuptor, la foc potrivit</p>
<p>- este gata cand s-a inchegat si s-a rumenit frumos la suprafata</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Unul dintre aperitivele mesei noastre de Paste, a fost si aceasta crema de branzeturi. Va puteti &#8220;juca&#8221; cu combinatiile dupa pofta inimii.</p>
<p>Eu am folosit:</p>
<p>- o cutie branza de vaci; 50 g unt moale; 1/2 baton branza de capra (vezi foto &#8211; se gaseste la Mega Image) data pe razatoarea cu gauri mari; o bucatica (cam de doua degete) de cascaval afumat Hochland; ceapa si usturoi verde; marar; piper.</p>
<p>Amestecam branza de vaci cu untul moale, apoi le pasam putin cu un pasator. Adaugam branza de capra, cascavalul, ceapa, usturoi, marar, putin piper, omogenizam si dam crema putin la rece.</p>
<p>Este delicioasa pe paine prajita.</p>

<li><strong>Oua rosii</strong> &#8230;si nu numai, pregatite si cu ajutorul copilului</li>
<li><strong>Sarmale</strong> &#8211; aici nu va pot oferi reteta, sarmalele au fost pregatite de soacra mea, sunt mai mult decat delicioase, nu cred ca am mancat vreodata sarmale mai gustoase &#8211; Sa fie sanatoasa si sa ne mai faca !</li>
